I live with a thyroid condition myself, and like many of my patients, I found that medication alone didn’t solve my symptoms. That led me on a mission to understand what was really going on beneath the surface.
Over the years, I’ve studied thyroid health deeply and learned how to uncover and address the root causes behind persistent symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and weight changes.
